Kundalini Yoga is a Spiritual practice of Spirit-body connection, used to Awaken our Higher Self. The power of Kundalini is comprised of both spiritual and physical practices. Through movement (Kriya), concentration (Eye Gazing), breathing (Pranayama), position of fingers (Mudra), and the Chanting of Mantras, we will create clear intentions, visions, and awareness that help lead you towards expansion of Consciousness. You will open your Heart and realize your own Divine Excellence.

What is
Kundalini Yoga?

  • In 1968, Yogi Bhajan brought the sacred knowledge of Kundalini Yoga from India to the United States Yogi Bhajan taught openly to prepare Humanity for the shift that our planet is going through from Pisces to Aquarian age
